You do realize the typical rent is around $3,000-$3200 for Jan and Feb and March? Add in December for at least $1500-$1900 and a price range of $10,500-$11,500 may be a better starting point to help you find a place in The Villages during high season. Best of luck finding a place for 8k-9k...
