We're FORCED to do a LOT "just for the minorities". Look at affirmative action, quotas, "fair housing laws", welfare...in a DEMOCRACY you wouldn't have ANY of that. Who would vote for welfare the way it is now? Equal to $60,000 a year when you add up all the benefits available to a single mother.

We live in a republic where democracy is the last thing they want. It's the LAST thing YOU want. A few liberals getting what they want isn't democracy.
