Enjoy beautiful water view with palm and pine trees from screened lanai. New, beautifully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath stucco Fairmont Courtyard Villa. Located in the Jackson Villas in Pine Ridge, which is located just off of Highway 466A. Easy access to shopping and close to Colony shopping center and Colony recreation center.

Large kitchen area, screened lanai with gas grill, and two car garage. The villa has a 50" flatscreen TV in the living room, 48" TV in master bedroom, and 40" TV's in other two bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed, and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. New Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms.

No smoking and no pets.

May - $2400/month
June through August - $1900/month
September through October - $2200/month
November through December - $2700/month
