can you expand on the scope of work?

Is it "just" concrete foundation, birdcage frame, screening, and sprinkler relocation? anything more (like concrete walls or acrylic windows?)

That just seems like a lot of $$ for concrete, screening, and aluminum framing for approx 420 sq ft ($27/sq ft).

A lot of folks use T&D concrete for birdcage additions...have you called them or anyone else for a competing bid?

We are also contemplating extending the lanai with a screened birdcage later this summer and are interested in hearing yours and other folks experiences and recommendations.
