If it's not some old folk walking behind your car it could be a young kid no matter where you live.

Excellent and totally agree
Backing out at Publix is enough to turn you grey in an instant. I can never understand people who continue walking when they see your car moving - don't they realize their lives are at stake. I have eyes in the back of my head when I am walking through a parking lot ..........
