Abortion(murder) is the best way to nip crime in the bud, literally. Now, if we can just have more war and start executing ALL persons that are guilty of murder or rape we can cut back on the world population. The gene pool is getting too polluted with deviants. Liberals should be able to embrace this idea since they endorse the idea that man is the reason for global warming and air pollution.
