The country has NEVER been in worse shape socially and in world standings...it has also NEVER had a HIGHER number of minorities...or minority involvement.
You THINK you're doing a righteous and noble thing. But all your doing is destroying it. Would you fill your business, school, government with Down's sufferers? You're essentially doing the same thing when you give quotas to minorities. You're bringing in an inferior for that particular position.
