Well well well I guess when Mike Pence becomes president he can pursue his agenda but for now he works for Trump.
As for the ban the US Constitution does not apply to foreigners only legal citizens of this nation.

Obama heavily relied on the concept of disparate impact when applying it to blacks applications for rents housing, etc. Yet he did not apply this same concept to the proportion of Muslims to Christians he allowed to enter this nation from the Middle East . Hmmmm
