However, there are some entire states who have no penalty for marijuana possession or usage. This is a violation of federal law. Where is the umbrage here? We have heard lots of REGRESSIVES on here saying smoking marijuana is the gateway to heroin and a life of crime.
We have not heard Trumpanzee say anything about cutting federal funding to those marijuana allowing states.

There is no argument in favor for allowing legal recreational use of marijuana but that argument does not belong in this topic.
Instead consider that Americans who commit felonies in this nation are tried, sentence and imprisoned. and yet we have government officials who continue to give sanctuary to illegal aliens.
Further, let any American in any other country on this earth commit a crime and you can bet they will be imprisoned . Heck in some of these nations the government will even make up an excuse and imprison an American well because they are Americans.
