So you believe that illegally smoking dope equates to an illegal murdering an innocent American?
I did not say that the federal law should not be enforced against illegal use of marijuana. it should and I believe marijuana is harmful. However what I said is that the comparisons you use are not of equivalent value.
the shielding of illegals committing crimes is plain insanity and there is no rationale to justify such protections by any governmental official.
