Furthermore without putting anymore effort into this I doubt the executive order says "ban on Muslims". I think it names a ban on 6 countries of which some Christians are included. And to your point yes Pence is right a ban on "Muslims" is probably unconstitutional but he did not say that is what just happened.

Go look again, as Chump's executive order absolutely targets Muslims (not the ones in countries where he has business interest of course)...and favors Christians.
