Because one is just and the other is unjust...repelling invaders IS just...locking people up for a plant found in nature is not.
Why not brand them? They snuck in once, what makes you think they won't again? Muslims cut off hands for stealing...this is nothing. And it would make it very hard to sneak back in and get a job with that big I on their forehead. Because part of the "I" is you're banned, NEVER getting in legally.
I know where you're going with this...I'm NOT stupid... The Jews WERE a problem in Germany. Just like they do here in America...Jews run the banks, the media, entertainment, music, movies, TV, newspapers. They're like 3% of the population but own so much more of it. Their success got them noticed and blamed. I'm NOT saying they WERE and I'm NOT saying they weren't. I wasn't there and "his-story" can't be trusted. I've heard too much on BOTH sides to know what happened.
I do know too...that is wasn't JUST the Jews rounded up...EVERYONE they "didn't want" went to "work". And when they DIED, they were burned, not before. There's a LOT of propaganda on both sides.
You think it's GOOD that whites are being bred out, replaced by Hispanics? You think the country will IMPROVE when whites are the minority? Has it EVER gotten better with them running things?

I did not say that the federal law should not be enforced against illegal use of marijuana. it should and I believe marijuana is harmful. However what I said is that the comparisons you use are not of equivalent value.
the shielding of illegals committing crimes is plain insanity and there is no rationale to justify such protections by any governmental official.

It shouldn't be enforced and many states have already said they won't. It's unjust to deny people something they want that harms no one.
