However, there are some entire states who have no penalty for marijuana possession or usage. This is a violation of federal law. Where is the umbrage here? We have heard lots of regressives on here saying smoking marijuana is the gateway to heroin and a life of crime.

We have not heard trumpanzee say anything about cutting federal funding to those marijuana allowing states.
