I have found that Trolls flourish the best in forum environments that have little or no restrictions on abusive and threatening language. Most Trolls are liberals that have no logical thoughts or ability to have a civil discussion, so they impatiently resort to abusive language to dominate a thread that they can't intelligently participate in, due to their lack of subject knowledge.
