I knew Whiskey creek would not last, and it didn't. You are right about the management not caring. Just go into Too-Jay's on a Sunday morning - you will see everyone in that restaurant hustling around and working very hard. Hence, Too-Jay's is a success and will continue to be so as long as the employees work hard, the food stays the same and the management stays on top of everything. Otherwise, good-by like Emmet's for one.
