If you are asking why the federal judge stopped the ban....
Govt has to show reason. The atty for the US, I think..does not matter, but don't think he knew until the judge told him...they have to have reason, and since there has never ever been an attack or even threat of attack from any of the countries, there is no basis.
WH could win on appeal, but Trumps mouth trashing everyone isn't helping. HE wants to be Judge and Jury it appears.
Ther is no basis ...all they needed was a tidbit because the law leans to the government but they got nothing. I put simply reinforces what Giuliani said, but that's it.
