As for the ninth circuit court of appeals having control over the whole gov by it's decision, I find that interesting. Oh well, Trump can order all VISAs put on hold for a duration in those countries and it will do the same job. All he has to do is tell those American embassies to put them on hold. It is perfectly legal for him to do so.
