I would suggest that you make a copy of the rules (that show no collar is necessary, etc.) and keep it in your golf cart. When an a.....hole addresses it with you, show him/her the rules. I feel your pain, especially in this hot, Florida weather. Don't let one jerk make you mad...consider the source. Happy golfing !
