They have software now that can make a video of a person saying anything they want it to say. They take any video of the "target"...then an actor is recorded speaking. The words and head movements/facial expressions are transferred to the "target" video is changed into the "target" speaking the words, with corresponding movement/expression...like they're REALLY saying what the actor said.
It's SCARY. The technology is there to FAKE anybody on video they want...even after death.
