Fake an injury, surround the car, demand retribution in cash on the spot. It's never reported or nothing is done about it.

In Miami, the blacks used to smash rental car windows with a brick and grab purses and valuable as the victim was stopped at a red light. FL used to have special license plates for rental cars...that ended fast.
