It say's right there..."under the jurisdiction"...if you snuck in, and are laying low so as not to get caught here...you are HARDLY under the jurisdiction of the US.
It got to where it is because liberal WOMEN made it that way. They ALWAYS "do it for the poor children". Where will they go? Who will take care of them. That thinking works great for your OWN family...but it doesn't work with people who are invading you. It doesn't work for people who are incapable of living in a modern, polite, society.

Facing Europe? You mean the SAME problems that the countries they are COMING from are having. The problems CAUSED by the people who live in those countries. Somalia IS a problem because of Somalians. Haiti is a problem because of Haitians. The ME countries have problems because of the people...and Islam.
They bring their problems with them...because THEY are the problem. They NEVER prosper...either there or here. They lived in slum conditions there...and here.
