That is exactly what Obama's post president agenda is....whcich is what it was before he became president.....and demonstrated during both terms.
What he has going for him now is he has more money....he has more influence....he is pecieved as the natural "leader" of such an agenda (leading is not his strength...as amply demonstrated for 8 years).
