Actually if you read the article these look like valid US Constitutional concerns and some of the bureaucrats making decisions about who is and who is not mentally ill are idiots.
Other times idiots are just idiots. Among many other strict mental illness tests, if they can't hold a job, they should not hold a gun. Don't you agree Tal?
