Most of the shootings are in concentrated areas. More law enforcement, (federal, state, local) in those areas, along with more technology and surveillance would take many guns and felons off the streets.

Chigago should spend a couple million to bring Giuliani's consulting team in.

Unfortunately politicans are worried about reelection, not the pain and suffering of their constituents.

Of course, having a country with far too many lawyers could be at the root of the problem.


Even more simply put, more liberals in politics = more carnage in the community.
