It's a RIGHT...do you want some arbitrary law to one day take away one of your rights? Should "crazy" people have guns? No, that can be taken care of at the SAME hearing on mental competency. Let them decide then and there IF they should have them.
You'd have a problem if "I" suggested NO blacks or Hispanic can have guns because their "race" is so dangerous...and can't be trusted with one.

That is EXACTLY correct...take Chicago...how many shooting so far this year? How many perpetrated by blacks/Hispanics? Just about ALL of them.
