The Constitution says..."under the jurisdiction of" but someone here illegally is NOT under the jurisdiction of...they snuck in and are sneaking around so as not to be discovered. If you snuck into my house, are you under my jurisdiction? If you break into a building, are you under its owners jurisdiction? NO you are not. The anchor babies were given citizenship for political reasons for the benefit of the big ag businesses.
