Clearly you have never spent much time and effort formally bringing matters before our various levels within our Court system either at the State or Federal level .

If you had you would realize that the outcome in going to Court over anything is 90% driven by the personal political persuasion
of the individual Judge or Judges .

The " unseen hand " which belongs to his/ her very young and inexperienced Law Clerks who actually do the work and tell the Judge what the outcome should be

In fact more often then not the Clerks guide the Judge to a particular Decision and the Clerks write the final Decision .

The Judge signs off and goes to his / her favorite local watering-hole to drink with fellow Judges . Judges don`t get wealthy but they have a very easy life . Court usually beings at 10 AM runs until 11:45 and reconvenes at 2 and ends at 4 PM .
The Judge is at his / her favorite Bar by 4:30 .
