Immediately after OB was sworn in he stepped into the Capital Building and under the Dome he sat at a table and signed his very first Executive Order .

It was a special moment . It called for the closure of Gitmo . Eight long years and many Executive Orders later Ob is history and Gitmo is still open .
Pretty much sums up his entire Administration . He will go down in history somewhere behind Jimmie Carter .
