If you are talking approval ratings at the end of a Presidential term, Jimmy Carter ranks way above GW Bush. Bush had a 22% approval rating and Carter was 37%. Obama was at 55%.

However, back to the topic of what Trump has so far accomplished. He has made himself a laughing stock for the entire world. His "alternative facts" (lies) are laughable and shows he is dilutional.
