ALL are NECESSARY for blacks. After 150 years, they're the ONLY race to be consistently failing. NOWHERE on the entire planet are they successful. WHY? If not inferiority. If you round up a whole lot of Downs people, will they EVER be equal to you? Then WHY do you expect blacks to ever be equal? They ARE a different species.

From my personal experience...last year I tripped in my garage shattering my shoulder. The first doctor told me I would only be able to raise my arm to shoulder height which would mean I would never play golf again. However, my friends went out and found another doctor who could do a more complicated total reverse replacement which gave me the chance to play golf again. Care to guess the races of the 2 different doctors?
