I have said it before but that never stops me from saying it again. I love what you've done with
American Gothic and I hope you are putting this on your Christmas cards or having notecards printed with it. It's too good not to go lots of places.
I have to admit something though. Whenever I see this painting, I always hear in my head that old cereal commercial where these two sing, "Please buy our cornflakes. New country cornflakes. They don't wilt when you pour on milk." -- or some such version thereof. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
Wait! Wait! It just occurred to me to Google this thing. And here it is. For real. It really did happen!! My faith in my own sanity has once again been restored by youtube.
