The verdict may be published at the pacermonitor website ( PacerMonitor Document View - 5:12-cv-00177 - Schwarz et al v. Board of Supervisors et al, Docket Item 342 ), but the amount of damages, if any, may not be published. In fact, when the verdict is read, only the plaintiffs will be allowed in the courtroom, I believe.
