Wow, first, Comcast failed to deliver the service you were paying for, next, you went out yourself to get a new modem, spent 2 hours of your time on the second day to get the service fixed, then arranged for another service call on the 3rd day to complete the "fix." Sure, you are retired with all the time in the world, but that is not good service. But hey, the remote is amazing!
