#5 Over and over again courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging one’s affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. To demand more in the name of morals is mere cant.

Commissioner v. Newman, 159 F.2d 848, 851 (2d Cir. 1947) – dissenting opinion

Hey, I have an idea. Why don't we talk about the Clinton's tax evasion/fraud? Let's talk about the difference between LEGALLY deducting loss, versus the Clinton's using the Global Initiative to launder foreign donations for their so-called charity. How about we talk about Chelsea's wedding being paid for by the so-called charity? Naw, it's much more fun complaining about Trump legally using the tax code to justify savings on paying income taxes. Let me ask you this, would you REALLY want a person leading you that was too stupid to use the tax code while running a multi-billion dollar business? What kind of leader would that make him?

So the next idiot that still wants Trump's tax returns should think about that before making a fool of themselves. There is absolutely NO law that requires him to show them to you. I realize that this is difficult for slow learners to accept, but try real hard.
Well stated! When those on here complaining start paying their income tax on the GROSS income, then go for it. Until then, give it a rest. MYOB
