Barefoot I am so sorry for your dilemma. We are, as a matter of fact, having our buyers doing their private inspection tomorrow at 3:30pm. Our CO inspection is scheduled for July 15th and our closing for July 21st. The kicker is we still can not get a letter from the township and builder which this whole deal is contingent upon.
