Need ARC Approval???
We want to replace our paver driveway, which is crumbling, with a new painted design from Go Concrete. Nothing fancy and no special designs or artwork like a palm tree or a bird. Do I need to get ARC approval before having this work done? We are located in CCD 4, Village of Woodbury.
The contractor say they do hundreds of these driveways a year and most customer do not seek ARC approval before having it done, but some do. It's a pretty big investment and I don't want to run afoul with the rules.
