Ronald Reagan wanted to fund a study to discover if Democrats were mentally retarded and therefore incapable of being self-owning adult humans in civil society or if they just choose to remain stupid bratty little parasites demanding that everyone else live for them like screeching socialist/fascist/communist zoo monkeys begging for free bananas.

I suspect the study would conclude the latter.
