You might want to review post #26 in this thread, OBAMMA signed off on the pipeline. Even directed his administration to cut through the red tape to get it done.

Yes let's financially punish the people constructing the pipeline because Obamma didn't think to specify that us steel would be used in the construction of the project, and they can pass it down to us in the cost of our fuel, good plan Einstein.
