The red line attributed in the previous post was NOT in Korea thus means very little. That "red line" was a serious mistake with Syria.

President has to consider a number of things here. North Korea wants attention....anything military from the US gives them that much wanted attention. Sanctions do not seem to work, since they affect the regular citizens and the government does not care.

Great consideration must be given to S Korea and Japan. They are really in "harms way" and any bravado on our part would hurt them not us.

You know my first reaction is a logistical precision strike of some sort BUT AGAIN that gives them what they are searching for.

Not easy but then again....Syria is much of the same.
