Better to ask directly than to rely on TOTV which may be incorrect and then have it reported to Deeds Restrictions ananymosly which could lead to issues of money or argument.

I was told Queen palms are not canopy trees ARC approval not needed. I too wanted to be safe that sorry, they (ARC) told me palms are not canopy trees so they don't fall under the 4" diameter or larger approval for removal.. This was Last year unless they changed the rules?
