Oh come on you know who they are...

The ones that sleep till noon, walk back and forth to the cigarette smoke shelter wearing thier pajamas all day long (can't smoke in federal owned buildings), have developed a sense of entitlement due to never having to work to support thier families or themselves. Have no intentions of ever moving out.

And let's not forget the wackadoodles that live for a certain Wednesday of the month when the funds are transferred to thier account. Now they can live large on someone else's dime, eating out at expensive places like the Bonefish Grill. They have to curb the spending a little as the weeks go by, and then the funds show up again.
