There is a problem with your characterization...There will always be but people who game the system! Its human nature. I don't think you can use an EBT card at Bonefish Grill.
As we have discussed before welfare should NOT be provided for LIFE and the Disability Program needs a complete revamping. Whole families live their lifetime on disability.
However, I cannot see people who have lost their jobs for profit margins in the name of productivity gains kicked to the curb, So I agree to pay for them until they can get on their feet!
