I really hate it when put against the wall and made to appear as if defending Obama, whose policies I almost universally opposed.

However, equally, I am saddened by people who actually believe anything they receive in an email because it "appears" to have some basis.

Most of those chain emails are simply fake news advertising. They exist on both sides of the aisle, and reduce our electorate to moronic states.
