I will agree with you there will always be people "gaming the system" it is in THEIR nature (not mine or everyone's nature). Unfortunately it seems those that have it in their nature are out numbering those that do not (52% of this country is receiving benefits). There are over 9 million people living in HUD properties...hardly a success story.

The Wackadoodles do not have an EBT card, they get the SSD funds transferred direct to their bank accounts. If their birthday was in the first 7 days of the month they were born, the funds arrive on the first Wednesday (if their birthday was the 17th of the month the funds arrive on the 3rd Wednesday of the month).
