My single daughter is your age and she was saying the same thing you mentioned, about the age thing, in case I bought in TV and she moved in with me. But I've learned from reading these topics that there are a lot of spouses in your age bracket who are married to older 55ers to befriend and it's my understanding that
there is a quota of some sort which allows people under 55 to buy into TV. Maybe someone who really knows can clarify this issue.
