I visit many places that are high in minority count (NY, Chi, LA, Phoenix) and they can drive better than Miami people. The cashiers also do not give you the death stare in those other places. Miami is unique in the rude attitude of the residents, but I don't believe it can be attributed to just "race".

I have a place in Miami, and the market has been on an upswing (real estate + 9% a year). I do enjoy a number of restaurants there...Interesting how all the street bums wear hi visibility yellow shirts with advertisement on them.
