HOW CAN DEED RESTRICTIONS BE ENFORCED? I DON'T THINK THE SHERIFF CAN ACT BECAUSE IT'S NOT A COUNTY LAW. ONE OF THE NEWS CNANNELS HAD A REPORT ABOUT THIS SUBJECT BUT I FORGOT TO WATCH.
