You did not "qualify" that comment with any examples, so I will attempt to assist you. Obama was more "qualified" as a community organizer. That said, Trump organized a great campaign and won the election when NO ONE said he would, including the GOP.

So, other than that, what qualified Obama to lead a whole country? Because even I am more qualified than Obama. And even I have more experience handling classified information. And even I have more experience working with foreign governments. So, once again what makes Obama so qualified that no one else could do the job?
