Default Rental Prperty Exit Cleaning
We had Phil Kearney RE renting our property. Once the tenant left, they were supposed to do an "Exit Cleaning". We did not join thier rental program, so I guess they don't care about our satisfation.
The toilets weren't cleaned and neither were the llinens.
Do not use thier rental program!!!! :verymad:
