I've always wondered too...watching blacks run back and forth bouncing a ball. BB bores the hell out of me.

They're "auctioned" are they not? Don't they auction THEMSELVES off to the highest bidder? Weren't slaves auctioned?

I don't get it either. I mean I "get" it...it gives them a sense of belonging. I know WHY they do it...but can't get into it myself.
